Come and network with EMS personnel at our annual conference. This year’s exhibit hall opens for set-up on the morning of May 18th at 7am. The Vendor break that morning is around 10:15 and closes after the morning break on the 19th. This is a great opportunity for vendors to display their latest EMS products.
Cost for this event is $250 per vendor for the duration of the show. Space is defined as one 8 foot table and 2 chairs. If you wish to get more space, you can select 2 at check out and pay $500 for 2 spaces. If you need power for your space, this is limited and assigned based on who registers first. Price includes a ticket to the cookout and networking.
We did have an increase this year, we added the 3rd break room to increase our vendor space to allow better flow and more room. Our conference earnings goes toward the Jackie Wilkerson scholarship to award funding for EMS personnel to attend Paramedic school and Critical Care courses.
