After a very successful 2025 conference, we will be hosting our conference again at the Farm Bureau Exposition Center in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Our conference remains one of the best values for your money in EMS education. We strive to provide high-quality EMS education at an affordable price. You have the option for Thursday only, Friday only, conference only, or conference and critical care (Critical Care is included in the conference fee at NO additional cost). The profits from the conference go toward conference costs and allow us to give back to EMS personnel with scholarships for paramedic school, critical care courses, and benevolence. Your paid registration conference fee includes a free meal at one of the best cookouts and networking event on Thursday night and refreshments during all breaks.

You can attend the critical care session only on Friday after the main conference to get your critical care hours. Lunch on Friday is included for everyone attending the conference and the critical care session.

There may be other events going on at the Expo center with children present. To maintain a professional image for EMS and not offend other attendee’s, the following clothing is permitted.

• Department uniform.
• Business casual.
• Blue jeans, they must be in good shape and not have any holes or tears exposing skin.
• T-shirts, they must be clean, not excessively worn, and not contain any foul or offensive language or graphics (you will be asked to change).

CAMPING – If you have a camper, you can stay at the Wilson County Fairgrounds and walk to the Expo Center. The cost is only $20 per night and includes electricity and water. There is a sewer dump facility on site. Please get in touch with the Wilson County Fairgrounds at 615-449-9077 to make a reservation.
