2026 Conference – Vendors

Dates: May 7th and 8th, 2026

Come and network with EMS personnel and EMS Directors at our annual conference. This year’s exhibit hall opens for set-up on Thursday morning May 7th starting at 7 am. Thursday will we have a vendor break in the morning and afternoon. This is a great opportunity for vendors to display their latest and greatest EMS products and meet EMS providers and EMS Directors from across Tennessee.

The cost for one (1) space is $250 per vendor. The space is defined as one (1) six (6) foot table and two (2) chairs (a table cover is required).  If you need additional space, you can sign up for two (2) tables at check out for an additional $250. If you need an outside space, please note the size needed when you register and any vehicles you wish to display. If you need power for your inside space, this is limited and assigned based on who registers first, please bring a 25′ extension cord. The vendor fee includes admission to the Thursday night cookout and networking meal, lunch on Thursday and Friday, and snack breaks. You will have access to FREE wifi!

For vendors with outside displays, please note the approximate space needed when registering and if your display needs power outside (not guaranteed).

CAMPING – If you have a camper, you can stay at the Wilson County Fairgrounds and walk to the Expo Center. The cost is only $20 per night and includes electricity and water. There is a sewer dump facility on site. Please contact the Wilson County Fairgrounds at 615-449-9077 to make a reservation.
